William, the medical medium, important Sunday.
Happy Sunday, everybody, talking about celery juice book.
We're going to talk about oxalates.
We're going to talk about sorolens.
We're going to talk about water.
Yeah, this is really important.
We're going to talk about salt.
We're going to talk about the hijacking of the celery juice movement,
which is basically put out rumors that aren't real
to try to deter the masses from drinking their celery juice and healing.
it's failing because millions are drinking their celery juice in healing.
So, you know, but it's funny to kind of go over it a little bit.
But most importantly, I mean, it's good to know about sore limbs.
It's good to know about oxalates.
It's good to know about salt and salt and celery.
It's good to know about water content.
Like, is celery juice all water?
I mean, that's what everybody keeps on saying.
That's what every single dietician that works for, you know, the industry,
not for the people, well not every dietitian, I know dietitians, I got a friend who's a dietitian,
unbelievable, she tells me all the time, she goes, I break the code, that's what she says,
I break the code of what I'm supposed to do as a registered dietitian, I don't listen to the book,
I don't go by the book, because the book just gives you calories, just tells you how much fat
and calories and how much sugar and how much whatever, and that's what it does, that's what
the dietitians are trained in dietitian school. So I have this amazing dietitian friend who says,
you know what? I've learned all this incredible information that's holistic. I learned all this
incredible conventional medicine that's not even taught to registered dietitians. And I teach my
people, I teach them what's beyond out of the box, what's out of the box of what they do. And that's
what I love. So there's some incredible dietitians, incredible nutritionists out there too that
actually go outside the box. But there's a lot that don't. And they'll say celery juice is just
all water and maybe you're getting hydrated because there's no science or research behind
celery juice. So it's really fun. I like to talk about this stuff because it's so important. These
are claims against celery juice and you really should know about the oxalates. You really should
know what's going on with sorolins. You really should know what's going on with salt. So this
is a great live. This is an important one on this Sunday morning. Great to be here, you guys.
So, so true. Used to want to be a dietitian, but is extremely turned off by the information being
taught. What happens is they're taught a certain set of rules that keep everybody in check. And
that's how it works. And it's just to keep everybody kind of locked in the whole world of
you go take your medications, you, you know, eat your protein and your, you know, pyramid,
your food pyramid. And that's how you do it. And that's what science says. And I'm not I'm not
ripping apart dietitians. I know incredible ones. I actually not only have this friend that's a
dietician, but I've talked to so many over the years that are literally doing incredible
things, but they broke outside the box.
They decided to say, hey, I'm not going to be trapped in this count the calories, look
at the food pyramid, tell people they just, you know, whatever.
And, you know, they said, I want to go past that.
It's the same thing with nutritionists, too.
There's a lot of old style nutritionists that they don't want to believe in anything but
protein, protein, protein, and whatever the industry says. But it's more than that. Healing
is more than that. You guys know that. You guys know that. People, when you have a neurological
problem, when you have tics, spasms, tingles, and numbness, vertigo, dizziness, aches, pains,
migraines, mysterious rashes, fatigue, chronic fatigue syndrome, everything else, all these
things I talk about, by the way, in the celery juice book. So you really got to get the celery
juice book. When you have, when you're struggling with anxiety, depression, and you've been to 20
doctors, 10 dieticians, 20 nutritionists, five healers, you add them all up. I've seen people,
they've been to like, you know, I mean, literally been to 40 different professionals until they
finally just end up in their bed and they're like, I don't know what to do anymore. And so it's
important to know the information about celery juice because there's so many people, if they had
celery juice. I've recommended celery juice for decades because it came from spirit originally.
Yes, it came from beyond. It came from spirit. If you guys know or read, you know, if you ever read
Medical Medium book one right here, I'm not trying to take us off the, you know, the train right here,
the train, the rail, but Medical Medium, that book there, I talk about, you know, how it works. I also
to talk a little bit about the story too in medical medium celery juice, but celery juice has helped so
many people, you guys, get their lives back. I've offered it to thousands and thousands of
individuals throughout the decades. Somebody said, you know, AW, sounds like you just got here three
years ago. Nice try. I've been here all along and I've been here helping out professionals, helping
out doctors, helping out individuals, and getting them advanced information.
I've been here with you guys all along.
And what happens is that I stayed out of the media.
I was never, ever interested.
And this is important.
I want to go over this a little bit.
It is important before we go into Sorelins, oxalates, salt, water.
I've been staying out of the media throughout the decades.
I've been in the trenches with the people in the nursing homes, with the people sick with the chronically ill, the people suffering.
I've been on my phone all night long, emergency hotlines all through the years, getting calls from people and helping them in the most dire situations.
I've been assisting doctors with giving them advanced information for their patients throughout the decades.
I've been working on people, countless people, day in and day out, seven days a week, lecturing as well and doing things, but staying out of the media.
So I was never looking to seek out that thing where you get what's called so well-known because you put out a book and you go do the circuit.
and you go do the, you know, I never wanted to do that because I've always been there for the people,
always been there for the person who's literally in bed, suffering and struggling,
can't even take a shower, can't even function, anxiety so bad, can't even get into a car,
brain fog where they can't even work.
I've been there for those people.
And when you're there for those people, it's not about, hey, look at me, hey, look at me.
And even now, with media now, and if I get interviewed, they always want to know about me.
And I'm like, no, what you want to know is about people who have suffered and struggled and how they're turning their lives around now.
Because that's what you really need to know.
And that's the whole point.
And, I mean, I've been around for decades.
And I've been there.
And that's the whole point.
I've been, I was lecturing in places.
I've been out there for you guys, fighting for you, delivering that message.
But the deal is that in all that said and done, it hasn't been about building a career.
It was never about that whole thing.
Because right now, it's really painful.
I always see this thing going on where it's like, climb the ladder, build a career.
And I respect that 100%.
But you don't do it on the backs in the health movement of the chronically ill.
You don't do it on the backs of the chronically ill.
You make sure you're there for them.
You make sure you offer them free information nonstop because that's what we do.
And you make sure it's about them.
And you guys, I've watched you guys throughout the years.
I've watched you now with what you're doing.
Let's just keep on getting you better.
Let's just keep on moving you forward.
It's important to me.
So we're talking about celery juice, medical medium celery juice.
It's here.
And thank you too.
And you guys, have you got the copy yet?
Is it a good book or what?
Somebody just said, thank you for your journey to us.
Thank you for being on this with me on here right now.
And that's incredible.
So let's go into oxalates.
Really important one.
Okay, somebody just said age and dose size, dosage size of celery juice.
That's what I have in here.
I have all of that information.
That's an incredible question of how much you can drink from 16 ounces to 32 ounces to 60 ounces.
and then for children, how many ounces for children, the whole bit.
So it's really, really important.
Okay, so let's go into oxalates.
One of the fears you're going to get told is going to be,
oh, there's oxalates in celery juice.
And then it's going to scare people.
That might turn people off.
That may happen.
So oxalates are in every single fruit and vegetable on the planet.
We need to understand that.
So if you're afraid of oxalates because of misinformation, if we're afraid of oxalates, then we need to stop eating fruits and vegetables completely.
I mean completely.
Not one fruit, not one vegetable, not one herb.
We just have to stop.
So is there vegetables you like?
Stop eating them completely, whatever they are.
Is there fruits you like?
Get rid of them all.
If there's an herb you like, is there an herb in some kind of herbal medicine that maybe it's just subscribed to or an amazing doctor gave you or somebody gave you a practitioner or a healer or an Ayurvedic practitioner or somebody and they gave you or an acupuncturist gave you some herbs?
Well, you're going to have to stop them because there's oxalates in every single herb, every single fruit, every single vegetable.
So if you're going to fear oxalates, stop everything and just eat meat.
And even in meat, there's traces of oxalates.
So what are you going to do?
Are you just going to just, okay, you could just live off a chicken and only chicken.
Never eat a single, single vegetable or fruit or herb.
Just live off a chicken and meat.
That's it if you're afraid of oxalates.
Because that's how misinformation works.
So, but you want some fruits and vegetables.
You want leafy greens.
You want herbs.
You want life-saving medicine.
and you want your celery juice, you don't want to avoid those things or celery juice
because of something like oxalates.
So I'm just trying to give you the information about how this is so important
because you're going to see that more and more.
So oxalates are entirely different from food to food.
Every single food, every single fruit, every single vegetable.
Good morning, guys.
Sunday morning.
Celery juice right here for everybody who's popping on.
Every single fruit and vegetable oxalates very differently, number one.
And they're in every single fruit, vegetable, leafy herb.
I mean, every single leafy vegetable, leafy green herb.
Very important to know.
So oxalates in a plum, for example, are different from oxalates in a piece of cheese.
And there's oxalates in cheese, by the way.
So there's oxalates in cheese.
Think about it.
So there's oxalates in cheese.
That's something really important.
this is an underfunded area of medical research and science.
That means they don't have any information on oxalates yet.
That's the whole point.
So to say oxalates are bad, science and research doesn't know that.
It doesn't know that.
It's incredible when people get misinformation
because someone claims oxalates might have caused their problem
when it didn't even cause their problem.
It's a whole other area of miscommunication that occurs.
So there's different forms of oxalates, okay, and they accumulate in the body differently for everyone.
You can't run from some kind of life-saving healing tool.
You know, one of the tools for medical medium information right here, the celery juice.
You can't run and hide from celery juice because you're worried about something that science and research hasn't even really discovered or understood or really researched on any level, hasn't funded enough.
and it's oxalate research.
So if they haven't even gone to a level of understanding oxalates yet,
how can you make an educated decision
on if you're going to use life-saving stuff or not, life-saving food?
How are you going to make a decision to use life-saving food
if science and research hasn't even figured out oxalates on any level
or even funded it or even done anything with it?
You've got to think about that right there.
I mean, there's so much to know.
So that's the whole point. Medical research and science hasn't yet discovered that fruits, vegetables, leafy greens, herbs contain antioxidants either.
So here's the deal. There's always something in a food to work along with other things in a food.
That's how food's medicine. That's why foods are miracles.
Antioxidants. Antioxidants.
So you know how you have the whole thing?
Here's the thing.
It's like this.
Antioxidants, right?
We know what that is, okay?
And when a food gets sprayed with a pesticide, okay, that's not good.
That's a toxin.
It's kind of like an oxidizing agent.
It's kind of like an oxidant.
Antioxidant, that's right there.
There's a big difference between there and right there.
And so foods hold all these different phytochemical compounds that constantly battle something else.
If there was a toxic oxalate sitting inside a natural food, always remember your foods have anti-oxalates too.
That's what I'm trying to give you the kind of like, kind of give you the layers to that so you know what's going on.
Always know that goitrogens too, that's another thing.
that there's anti-glotrogens, that there's actually chemical compounds that always work in your favor in food.
That's why food is designed for us to consume and heal with.
Here's the thing.
The industries and the alternative industries make foods fearful.
They make you not want to think foods are good for you.
They want to make you think that their food belief systems in alternative medicine, conventional medicine,
can scare you out of eating healing foods,
even if the doctors and practitioners and healers,
you know, they're unaware of it
and they're using a system that's broken
or they're using a new way of testing
that's already broken before it even came off the running.
So it's really important to know this.
So if you're afraid of your food,
if you have such food fear
to the foods that can heal you like celery juice,
you're going to miss out on its healing.
You're going to miss out on staying here longer.
You're going to miss out on what it can do for your body and what it can even do for your soul.
You're going to miss out that life-saving, life-living, life-giving, lifelong, you know, advancing phytochemical compound strength that's in the foods like celery juice.
Really important.
So talk about celery juice.
Get it on Amazon.
It's on sale.
And, you know, make sure you go there.
You lock down a book so you can get all the questions answered.
I talk about this plus everything else.
I mean, so much more.
Somebody said bacterial vaginosis treatment.
That's strepococcus.
If you want to know about that right there, get the liver rescue book.
Answers to eczema psoriasis, diabetes, strep.
It says strep right there.
And I talk about all of that.
BV, I talk about all the different things.
It's right there in the liver rescue.
So make sure you get that book.
But the celery juice book, it keeps you on track and it answers things.
Let's keep on going.
This is really important information.
The common belief that foods are high in oxalates and produce kidney stones and gallstones is completely a made-up theory.
A complete and total made-up theory.
So please know that.
I'm reading all of the comments.
I want you guys to know that.
I'm going to try to answer some questions later too.
So that was made up.
Because celery juice dissolves gallstones.
Celery juice dissolves kidney stones.
I can't tell you how many cases over the years.
I have heard doctors tell me that ever since they gave their patients direction to drink celery juice and they saw kidney stones dissolve.
They saw gallstones dissolve before their eyes through medical testing.
and monitoring the symptoms of their patients and medical testing
and watching celery juice, like 32 ounces of celery juice every single day,
start to dissolve and break down their gallstones and their kidney stones.
If oxalates create kidney stones and oxalates create gallstones,
that's the theory out there.
How is it possible celery juice containing mild levels of oxalates like every single fruit, vegetable, and herb on the planet is dissolving kidney stones and dissolving gallstones?
How is that possible?
So let's talk about kidney stones, gallstones for a minute.
How are they produced?
They're produced by protein and overabundance of protein.
So we're told protein, protein, protein, protein.
protein, protein. And I'm not, I'm not talking about just animal protein. If you're new to my
information, new to what I do and what I talk about, I don't sit on the aisle of any, I don't
sit on the aisle of just the plant-based movement. I don't sit on the aisle of just paleo and the
animal protein movement and, you know, keto or however you want to do it, because now keto is in
the plant-based movement, keto is in the animal protein movement, however you want to talk about
it. I'm talking about protein. If you're plant-based and you're eating lots and lots of nuts and seeds
and that's your thing, it's all about protein. Protein powders, nuts and seeds, and you're
plant-based or you're vegan and you're doing nuts and seeds and lots and lots of nut butters and
you're packing on that peanut butter and you're packing the peanut butter on in your oatmeal every
single day, that protein eventually doesn't break down properly. It ends up being processed through
the kidneys. It ends up building kidney stones. Sure, when you're 25, maybe not. 35, you got a
kidney stone. 40, you got a kidney stone age 40. That's how it works. Gallstones too. So these are
built, these are built from an abundance of protein, constantly protein in our diet, bombarding
our kidneys and not being, we're not being told, hey, just you're getting plenty of protein, whether
or your, you know, animal protein or whether you're plant-based, you're getting plenty of
protein. We're not being told that. And so we get in trouble and we end up building these kidney
stones over time. Celery juice, okay, no matter where you're at, whether you're plant-based,
whether you're vegan, whether you're vegetarian, whether you're paleo, whether just animal protein,
however your diet is, celery juice helps to dissolve and break down
stones that are built by protein. That's the whole point.
So it's not oxalates.
It's this, really important. People have a fear
of spinach. This is incredible. They have a fear of spinach
because of the oxalate theory.
This is incredible because spinach,
I've seen spinach save lives and really in many ways
where it's been a key part of their diet to bring them back.
The medical medium spinach soup recipe, really important.
With raw spinach, raw spinach is the way to go.
So you're going to hear, stay away from raw spinach because of oxalates.
That's what you're going to hear.
Stay away from raw spinach because of oxalates.
That's misinformation.
Raw spinach is how you avoid oxalates.
oxalates. That's the difference right there. When you cook spinach, you then bleed the oxalate.
So you render it something different. So cooking spinach does something different with the oxalate.
It still doesn't make it poisonous. It still doesn't make it toxic. But it makes it so it's
working in your favor. It makes it so your body has to get rid of it. Raw spinach is healthy. That's
the healthiest way to do it. So you have raw spinach in your salads. You make a raw spinach
soup. You throw raw spinach in your blender. You blend it up with some tomatoes. You blend it up
with a little celery, a little tomatoes, a little bit of cilantro, maybe a clove of garlic or
something. I have the recipes. You can go to medicalmedium.com. You can go, you know, get the
recipes are in the books, not this one here. But so the spinach recipe that I've recommended
for years has been a way to bring people back because the spinach has so much to offer. And
then when they're doing celery juice that same day, they're doing their spinach soup. They're
doing their celery juice in the morning.
Think about it.
And just think how far they can go and what can happen.
These are things no one talks about.
These are things that, I mean, it's incredible,
that I've been recommending for years.
And the only place you're going to hear that raw spinach soup from
is the medical medium information going back all these decades
because it's taken people out of their fibromyalgia,
Hashimoto's thyroiditis, multiple sclerosis.
It's taken them out of their lupus.
It's taken them out of their chronic fatigue.
It's taken them out of their aches and pains.
It's taken them out of so much they've gone through.
It's just so important.
So let's go into Soralins.
We'll talk about that a little bit.
Soralins will constitute another fear tactic.
So I don't know if you guys heard of Soralins.
And I talk about all this in the books.
So all this in the books.
Book, celery juice book.
So somebody has to ask a question, how much celery?
Definitely get the book so you can get all those answers.
All these questions are answered in here.
You know, it's so important to have that.
So somebody said, I love the raw spinach soup.
Exactly.
Do not fear an oxalate in a raw spinach soup.
The raw spinach soup is only going to move you forward.
The oxalate fear is a theory and a tactic to stop you from eating the foods you need to eat to get better.
Okay, you guys know how the world works, right?
You guys know how the world works.
The world works in a way where all these things out there work against us.
You notice that, right?
Think about it.
There's all this corruption out in the world.
And you guys know how that works.
Where there's so many things that we've had to fight for.
There's so many things women have had to fight for, right?
There's so many things that we've all had to fight for throughout the ages, throughout the decades, because the world's been unfair.
You know what I mean?
The world has never been really working in our favor, right?
That's why it's hard.
That's why it's a hard place to live.
That's why we have to struggle through it.
That's why we go through what we go through.
It's a very difficult place, and there's not a lot riding on our side, okay?
We know how the world works.
But if we think the world is perfect in the medical field,
The medical field's looking out for women.
The medical field's looking out for women.
The medical field's looking out for men.
The medical field is working out for, it's just perfect.
Like the medical field of all kinds, you know, all of it.
The industries are all in your favor.
When everything else in the world has some kind of corruption,
Everything else in the world has some kind of pitfall, has some kind of pothole in it that makes things difficult.
Think about it, right?
Nothing in our system is so easy and smooth, and there's always red tape.
I mean, come on.
You've been around.
I mean, maybe you don't know about the red tape because you're 18 years old.
Maybe you don't know about the red tape because you're 20.
But if you've been around long enough, and many of you guys are 40, you're 35, you're 50, you're 55, you're 60.
If you've been around long enough, you know about the red tape that's everywhere.
It's in every facet and every shape and form.
Well, that red tape exists too in the health field, in the medical field for womankind.
We're supposed to think that's where there's no red tape whatsoever.
We're supposed to think there's no corruption in medicine for women.
We're supposed to think that when they tell us that our body's attacking itself, that it's perfectly right.
We're supposed to think all these things as if medical research and science is completely in the favor of women.
No corruption whatsoever.
Nothing there to hold women back.
No lies and deceit.
No deception.
No negligence.
We're supposed to think all of it in the pharma world and the medical world.
Alternative 2 included.
it's all working in women's favor.
Everything else in the world
has got corruption.
It's got red tape.
It's got hoops to jump.
It's got difficulties in every way.
It's got corrupt
systems in every way.
But
for some reason,
the medical field is supposed to be pure
and it's supposed to be no corruption
and it has nothing that's ever going to harm women.
Come on.
Come on.
It's just unbelievable how it works.
But we're taught that.
We're actually brainwashed that.
It's incredible.
So, back to soralins.
Let's head there for a little bit.
People are going to say soralins are harmful.
They're going to say soralins are harmful.
And celery juice and they're harmful.
Look out for that one.
It's a phytochemical compound.
And what people are going to say,
because they're going to want to stop you
from drinking your celery juice. They're going to say,
Sour Lens creates sun sensitivity.
So, they create a sun sensitivity
where if you go out in the sun, now you're
going to be sensitive. So, you can't drink your celery juice and go out in the sun.
That's what you're going to hear. That's a great one.
So, instead of Sour Lens
giving you a problem with the sun,
sorolens help you.
So celery juice helps you so you can sustain the sun.
Celery juice helps you so you can get a little bit of sun.
I know so many people that could not even step in the sun.
They were chronically ill all through the years.
I mean, just could not even let the sun hit their skin.
They would rash out.
They would feel sick.
They would get really weak fast.
They couldn't go out and have the sun hit their skin.
And by the way, I got my celery juice right here.
And they would go on 16 ounces of celery juice every single morning.
and literally by like 30 days in,
they can go out in the sun.
They can actually start absorbing it.
They can actually start feeling the sun
touch their skin, not react,
not have sun sensitivities,
not get those sinus migraines,
those migraines from the sun,
not get sun sickness,
meaning like,
Of course, no one's supposed to be out there baking in the sun for hours.
I'm talking about just getting a little bit of sun, 5, 10, 15, 20 minutes.
People with chronic illness, they couldn't even go near the sun, so many of them.
They have to stay in the dark.
They have to stay with the shades drawn.
They have to stay in their house.
They have to stay in the air conditioning 24-7.
and they have to be protected with their chronic illness.
They got the fatigue.
They got the neurological stuff.
They got the sun sensitivities.
They got the light sensitivities.
All these things.
I've seen celery juice turn that around.
But you're going to hear Soralen's creates a sun sensitivity.
So then everybody's like, what do you mean?
I can't go in the sun?
I can't drink my celery juice?
That's what you're going to hear.
That's another one, too.
It's like...
Look out for these. Let's talk about salicylic acid. So let's talk about that one. Salicylic acid, that's a really good one right there. You've heard that one before, right? But it's another myth and it's another fear tactic.
So that's another thing you're going to hear.
It's like salicylic acid's in celery juice, so don't drink it.
Remember, these are tactics.
They're fear tactics.
And so if you're somebody and you're just on the internet and you're like, hey, can I drink celery juice?
And someone pops on.
No, salicylic acid's in there.
it's going to hurt you.
It's like, where's that come from?
First of all, let's talk about this.
The theory that individuals are sensitive to salicylic acid
from fruits and vegetables
hasn't even been proven by science and research.
So the theory that salicylic acid
even causes a problem in an individual
hasn't even been proven by science and research.
Think about that a little bit.
When you think about that,
then you know where we really stand.
Okay, so important.
Since celery juice is not a vegetable,
it shouldn't even be grouped in this theory anyway.
So check this out, you guys.
salicylic acid
is only a theory
by research in science
claiming that in vegetables
that it's in vegetables
and it's bad for someone
that's a theory, okay
salicylic acid
in vegetables, remember that
celery
is an herb
Science and research hasn't even considered or even kind of looked at that,
where there's a difference between an herb and a vegetable.
But we're supposed to take it as if it's God or something.
We're supposed to take science and research with food as if it's God.
It's like instantly like, oh, it's God.
Oh, don't mess with it.
Someone sat in a lab and figured out about salicylic acid.
First of all, there's no science of research about salicylic acid causing problems in people.
They can't figure it out.
They haven't seen anything in the body.
They haven't found anything in the body.
So it's incredible how it works.
You're going to get thrown by not just misinformation, but thrown by theories developed with no testing behind it, with no real research or science behind it.
Just because anyone can put a paper together, did you know that any lab, any scientific
resource, any kind of place can put together a paper in Germany and put it out there in
line?
Somebody can find it and then send it through the wire and be like, look, in Germany, and
I'm.
I'm not saying, you know, Germany's, they're bad with their science.
They're incredible with their science.
But anybody could put a paper together tomorrow.
You can type up a paper right now and put an authority on top of that paper.
Stamp an authority on top of that paper and just send it through the wire.
And it can just.
someone will just throw it in with a bunch of other links and resources.
How many bum papers are in there?
All the different links that people cite studies from,
75% of them are actually fraudulent.
They're just fraudulent.
People can create them.
In today's technology, you can create a paper with a paragraph on it, and you can actually send it through the wire.
And then somebody will take that sighting, they'll actually take that link and they'll put it somewhere.
And people will be like, oh, there must be something in there.
There's nothing even in there.
They do that in every...
They do that in the U.S.
They do that in the U.K.
They do that all through the world.
It's been done.
So you just need to know how things work.
Is what it is.
And I've seen studies where if you pick them apart and you'll look through them,
They, they're, it's a house of cards.
It's almost like it's tempting.
It's like, okay, what study is this?
Let's see where it was done, when it was done.
Let's see who did it.
Let's see what it's really about.
And it's people paid to do it.
And it falls apart.
It's just like a house of cards.
In the end, the research and findings are inconclusive.
But yet, because they did research on something, people think it means something.
Even though it's inconclusive, they think it actually means something.
And that's how it works.
You could put a paper out tomorrow.
All right, you guys can do it.
You guys can actually create and forge a scientific study, put it out there, and watch it fly around
virally, and watch it get sighted, and watch it be played.
I mean, it's incredible.
So I'm just letting you know.
So if you guys ever want to do that and make up a whole bunch of things, I'm just going
Just do it.
Put it out there.
It's incredible.
You know, I'm just saying, that's what I mean.
That's how crazy the system is.
Or if you want to make up a whole bunch of different research and science stuff, you can actually do it.
And it can be psychotic.
cited by a doctor probably,
cited by, you know, an authority.
A professional, it's incredible.
Celery juice is an herbal medicine,
something really important.
And it's a medicine that helps reverse
chemical and food sensitivities.
I want you to know how that works.
Back to the science thing, one more thing.
I know scientists and I know lab technicians.
And you know where I learned this from?
I just told you from, I learned that from them.
They said that there's a difficult,
they are having a difficulty right now.
I hear this from lab technician I know.
I hear this from scientists that I know in food and stuff.
and they have a difficulty because there's thousands and thousands
and thousands, hundreds of thousands of documents out there now
that are pretending to be science and research
to throw off people.
And no one knows what is real and not
in the scientific studies that are being cited out there
and passed around and even cited
in authors' books
out there. That's why there's no citations
of studies in these
for a reason to protect you. It's pure information that's above it
and comes from a different source that you guys know
And I talked to one scientist I talked to said, the thing is about your information is at least we know one thing. It works. That's the thing. We know celery juice works. We know celery juice and the information in this book works.
and the difference is with when they
put out a paper, they have to battle
thousands and thousands and thousands of papers out there in studies that are fraudulent.
And that was from a scientist told me.
That's where I learned it. That's where I learned it.
And a lab technician told me that too. It's incredible. So I want you to know the rest of that story.
So celery juice is an herbal medicine that helps reverse food sensitivities, chemical sensitivities, and many people develop gluten, dairy, corn, eggs, and soy sensitivities.
We know that.
So so many people are developing these sensitivities, gluten, eggs, dairy, soy.
And celery juice helps pull us out of that.
If you really like a food that's allergenic to you,
if you really like a food that gives you reactions,
or gives you reactions and you don't know it,
like dairy people eat cheese and they don't know,
it's giving them all these problems, but it is.
It's giving them mucus.
It's giving them mucus in their chest, mucus in their lungs.
It's giving them sinus problems, all the dairy products.
And they don't even know that's what's causing it.
Celery juice helps to battle that.
It actually helps to battle that.
Let's go into sodium a little bit.
Okay, so we're told that, we're told here's another great one.
If you're drinking your celery juice and you're somewhere, somebody might say,
too much salt in that and scare you.
That's what somebody might do.
They might go, hey, there's too much salt in there.
And don't get thrown by that.
We're a salted community.
We're a salted society.
We're over-salted is what we are.
So we're bombarded by salt everywhere.
Have you ever eaten in a restaurant?
You couldn't imagine the amount of salt that's thrown into your food.
You wouldn't even imagine it.
It's incredible.
So that's something to think about right there.
All that salt gets packed into your liver.
The liver actually tries to protect you,
and it stores the salt because the salt
can really harm you, meaning the amount of table salt we eat.
The amount of all these different salts.
We pour on Celtic sea salt,
which is still an amazing salt, but we pour it on our food.
Himalayan rocks,
we pour it on our food.
We think salt is supposed to be
something we're supposed to be eating every single day.
We think that it's important to have it.
Salt in food and adding your food.
Salt added to your food is far different
than the salt in celery juice.
Really important to.
No. I mean, we have things like
You know, we think that the most premium salt from a jar of organic
Salsa or the healthiest
Hydrated crackers or the salted nut mix. We think the most premium
salt from those
is actually okay for us. But what it does is it stores inside our cells in a negative way. It
stores inside of the cells of the liver, deep in the organs, pancreas, liver,
spleen. These salts build up and they crystallize. They become toxic. We become over-salted as the
years go on. Then our skin gets wrinkly. You know, one of the things is we don't realize it.
But our skin becomes old before it's time.
Then we got to do the Botox.
And then we got to do all the fillers.
And then everybody's doing the fillers out there now.
Have you guys noticed that?
And I'm sure some of you guys are using the fillers.
I total respect for it.
It's whatever makes you happy.
But the bottom line is, is we got to protect our skin in different ways.
And so we don't have to feel like we have to run and use fillers.
We don't have to feel like we have to run and use Botox.
We don't have to feel like we have to do everything.
we can in these other ways to tighten up skin
or to get rid of wrinkles.
The way I've been dealing with wrinkles
my whole life or anything is drinking
celery juice.
I mean, that's what I've been doing.
The way I've been dealing with skin is actually celery juice.
that's why it brings people back with their eczema and psoriasis because it's that powerful
and it's incredible so you know so someone said my skin looks really old for my age
non celery juice get the celery juice book get the medical medium information get the salt out
of your liver, so I'm talking about
salt right now.
So
toxic salt
is salt
added to our
foods in large quantities
when we're at restaurants
when we're even eating in healthy
places
a little bit of salt is not the worst thing.
So if you guys want to
use a little bit of sea salt,
if you guys want to use a little bit of a premium
amazing salt or a Himalayan rock salt,
a little bit here to
flavor food here and there,
it's not the end of the world.
You know, it's
still okay. I'm talking about how we're over-salted.
The bag of chips we're eating, the amount of salt in it, and the bag of
healthy chips, healthy crackers, the amount of
salt in it, the amount of salt in a restaurant dish. But that salt
doesn't just go away.
Very important.
All of that salt
stays in us and builds up over time
until our skin prunes up.
As we turn 50, our skin prunes up
until we turn 40.
And our skin starts to
prune up and everything. So remember how important this is. Our skin ages before it's time because
the salt is aging your liver before it's time. So it's aging your liver before it's time.
It's really important.
No. So, okay, so let's talk about this. No salt is all the same. So there's differences between salt.
That's important to know. The salt in celery juice is not
the same as all the other salt. So that's where we have to make sure we
You understand that.
Because someone's going to turn you off to drinking your celery juice
or getting even the celery juice book.
They're going to turn you off from learning about the celery juice
because they're going to say there's too much salt in it.
So,
would someone who's worried about the salt in celery
actually show you?
should be worried about the onslaught of salt and packaged foods and restaurant dishes and home cooking.
That's what the person should be worried about.
So when someone tells you, don't drink your celery juice,
do you know how much salt the other person's actually consuming, probably?
who's
actually even telling you?
Or if somebody's online.
Or if a troll
is online
and the troll's like,
don't drink your celery juice,
there's too much salt in it.
Guys,
I bet you that troll's
tanking salt.
Tanking salt.
Probably up at night
in the middle of the night
eating bags of
Crackers.
While they're writing horrible things and slander on
on the internet all night long.
So you gotta...
So the point is, is
just try not to get thrown by the whole, the fear of salt.
So let's go into it a little bit.
This is important.
All sodium is not the same.
There's a big difference here.
In celery juice,
you can talk about the sodium cluster salt.
The sodium cluster salt is a powerhouse in a different way.
It's a variety of traces.
Minerals suspended.
It's a subgroup of sodium.
So it's a different kind of sodium.
It's one that is the complete electrolyte.
So electrolytes, we gather all day long.
We eat foods to try to gather electrolytes.
That's what we do.
So we're eating different foods all day long.
We're drinking water, even coconut water.
You guys know I love coconut water.
All right?
When we're drinking, thanks for saying I'm awesome.
You're awesome too.
You know, when you're drinking water, you're trying to get some electrolytes naturally occurring in there.
when you're doing anything,
if you're doing the lemon water,
if you're squeezing lemon in water,
you're getting electrolytes.
If you're eating a dish,
a food of some kind of salad,
you're getting your electrolytes,
different kinds of electrolytes.
Every single variety.
of foods you're eating.
If you're animal protein based,
you're even trying to get an electrolyte
eating animal proteins.
If you're a vegan
and you're trying to eat some nuts,
you're still trying to find
an electrolyte.
Everybody is trying to find
an electrolyte
whether they know it
or not, their body's looking for these electrolytes.
That's how it works.
Now,
you take salt itself
and you throw it in water.
You might get an electrolyte,
but you'll get more dehydrated
and you'll get more problems.
problems from that because it's not going to give you the complete electrolyte.
So what we're always looking for, your body's looking for, is to gather electrolytes from
every single source it can of every single food you're eating, your body's actually
So, you know, the whole bit, your body's actually trying to gather.
For every single electrolyte.
There is.
So you can try to fill.
In the neurons, try to restore the neurotransmitter chemicals.
Try to get them restored.
Try to get your electrolytes.
Electrical impulse is strong.
So all day long, your body is looking for electrolytes all day long.
That's what it's doing.
And it's not going to find it from...
salt you're getting in your foods.
It's not going to find it
from all the different foods you're eating
that have a trace of an electrolyte in it.
It's going to find it in your celery juice.
The sodium cluster salt
is a complete electrolyte.
Your body does, that's why people's brain fog starts to clear.
I talk to people all the time.
They're like, the celery juice made me think better.
Instantly.
I've never had that reaction, they say.
I mean, you guys.
You guys know, somebody said, what about pink Himalayan salt?
Yeah, it's an incredible salt.
If you're going to use that on your food, you can't use it.
But don't overuse it.
You'll pickle your liver.
You can't overuse your salt.
sodium content you're dumping on your food and it's not going to give you
that complete electrolyte so I'm reading your comments
I'm talking I'm hope I'm hope I'm getting the information out
trying to read everything too so
